The story
I’ve spent over 30 years working across the entertainment industries in a variety of roles — including recruiting, coaching, artist relations, and artist management. That experience has shaped a people-first perspective that sits at the heart of this new venture.
While recruitment remains central, the focus has evolved. This is about the person on both sides of the client and candidate experience — not simply filling roles, but building meaningful, lasting professional journeys within the music, creative, entertainment, media, and sporting industries.
Alongside this work, I am currently studying counselling, and I thoughtfully integrate elements of these skills into my recruitment practice. This adds a deeper layer of listening, empathy, and understanding, ensuring conversations are supportive, respectful, and genuinely focused on individual needs and ambitions.
