Operations Manager – Music

We’re working with an established and expanding independent music company operating across record label, publishing and artist management to find an incisive Operations Manager.
This person will be the engine of the business – highly organised, a great communicator and someone who is confident working with people across all areas of the company.
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operational processes, ensuring the team is organised, accountable and working efficiently.

The role will include:

• Owning and maintaining company SOPs and internal processes
• Keeping teams accountable and ensuring processes are followed
• Looking at ways to improve systems and how the business operates
• Working closely with external accountants
• Ensuring management commissions are accurately tracked
• Overseeing the tracking and accounting of label and publishing royalties
• Helping ensure client and third-party contributor accounting is accurate and efficient
• Keeping information, deadlines and communication flowing across the business

We’re looking for someone who is extremely organised, personable and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the confidence to keep people and processes on track.
Experience within music, entertainment, artist management, record labels or publishing would be a strong advantage.
