Talent Manager – Music

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Manager to join a growing and ambitious music management company.
This role would suit someone with a strong background in artist management and international experience, who understands how to develop careers across both the UK and global markets.
You’ll work closely with artists across all areas of their careers, including releases, touring, marketing, partnerships and long-term strategy.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven artist/talent management experience
- Strong international music industry experience and contacts
- Experience working across releases, touring and artist campaigns
- A strategic and commercial approach to artist development
- Excellent relationships across labels, agents, promoters and wider industry partners
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for developing long-term artist careers
